THE weekend experience

Our Weekend Planning package is perfect for the couple planning a destination wedding to the Santa Barbara area. We will create a custom package including full planning and design management for 2-4 events and work with you to create an unforgettable weekend and lifetime of memories for you and your guests.

In addition to the biggest day of all time, Event of the Season can produce an inviting sunset cruise to welcome your guests, a chic rehearsal dinner leading up to the ultimate day, a lively after party for the perfect nightcap, or a bountiful farewell brunch. Whether you have a theme in mind or want something that has never been seen before, we're in!

FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN

Our Full Service Planning & Design package is for the couple who dreams of a one-of-a-kind celebration full of never before seen details. Starting with an in-depth consultation, we will create three design concepts bringing your vision to life. These concepts will be transformed into a detailed design plan outlining the overall vision and flow of the day.

 This package is designed to make you feel like a guest at your own wedding, being involved as much, or little, you prefer. Let us take care of every detail, from finding and securing the perfect venue and vendor team, to design concept and execution, managing the budget and arranging for guest accommodations, transportation, welcome amenities and more.
