Full Planning Package

Our Full Planning Package is for the couple that does not want to worry about the little details that go into planning a large-scale event. This package is designed to make you feel like a guest at your own wedding.  

• An initial consultation to discuss your complete vision of the day.
• On-going advice, via email and phone. 
• Scheduling and attending all of your vendor meetings. Your presence at the meetings is welcome, but not necessary.
• Budget analysis.
• Spreadsheet to help you stay on track with payments.
• Wedding checklists to keep you organized.
• Design advice.
• A custom-made inspiration board that reflects the design aesthetic of your wedding day.
• A detailed to-scale floor plan of your event space.  
• Assistance in booking hotel room blocks for your guests.
• Assistance in booking a rehearsal dinner location.
• Venue walk-through with all necessary individuals.
• Contacting your vendors, a month prior to the wedding, to obtain contracts and review details.
• A custom wedding weekend itinerary, provided to all of your vendors, a week before the wedding day.
• A scaled down version of your itinerary, handed out to your wedding party and family at the rehearsal.
• The directing of your rehearsal, so everyone involved in the ceremony, feels comfortable with his or her role. 
• Brunch for you and your wedding party on the wedding day.
• Set-up of all personal items such as; programs, party favors, escort cards, table names/numbers, menus, photos, candles, etc.
• Two coordinators running your ceremony and reception. This includes orchestrating your grand entrance, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter belt toss and grand exit.
• Ensuring that all of your gifts and special items are returned safely to you at the end of the evening.
• Your room will be made wedding night ready with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, Rose petals and candles.
